NEEDLE FELTED BEAR TUTORIALDry felting means no sewing. Your characters are seamless. To smoothly attach parts, such as the bear ear, you must do it correctly. The following instructions will teach you how to attach a bear ear seamlessly. First, lay your fleece on a foam pad.
Next, start folding the top fleece over and needling.
Keep shaping the ear until you have the top rounded and loose fleece on the bottom.
Place the bottom edge with the loose fleece against the bear head and needle in place. This creates a seamless junction between the ear and the head.
Continue shaping the ear on the bears' head until you are satisfied with the look.
