NEEDLE FELTING HANDS

Needle felting hands for characters is one of the felting techniques that seem to trip up alpaca wool artists. We like to spend lots of time on our characters hands...but we try to go to the more realistic side of making a character.

For more whimsical characters, you don't have to be exact. Making hands just takes a little practice and some technique.

We have been too busy lately to make too many videos. We ran across someone else who had time to show you how they make hands. They are not using alpaca fiber, but the technique is the same no matter what type of wool you are using.

Use your coarser wool from your alpaca and you will be using something similar to what is used in this video.
