EASTER BUNNY NEEDLE FELTING PATTERN

A Bunny is cute no matter what the season so this needle felting pattern was created to celebrate bunnies. It was made so that you can create your bunny in time for easter.

If you are a beginning needle felter, here is a tip...

Most beginning needle felters tend to stop needle felting long before they should. You want your critters to be firm. When you think you are finished, leave your needle felting project then come back to it later and begin felting again. You will find that the surface felts more and your projects firm up.

This project uses floral wire. We were unable to find our cloth covered wire and used our bare wire instead. If you find yourself in this predicament, don't panic. Bare wire works. You just have to take a pliers and rough up the wire by gripping it with the pliers and turning the wire. After you've roughed up that spot, move a short way down and do the same. Continue until the whole wire has rough spots.

Roughing the bare wire makes the fleece catch on it so you can wrap it without the fleece slipping.
